EXCHANGE

It is possible to exchange the jewelry if the size does not fit. The customer must notify within 14 days of receiving the order at the email address info@thinthingsjewels.com, indicating the reason for the exchange and the new size requested. The shipment to the workshop will be organized by the customer at their own expense, and the second shipment will also be at the customer's expense, costing €7 for Italy, €14 for Europe, €30 for Switzerland, and €18 for the United Kingdom.

RETURN

It is possible to return the purchased jewelry by notifying within 14 days of receiving the order at the email address info@thinthingsjewels.com, indicating the reason for the return. The purchased items must be returned intact, including packaging and preferably in their original packaging.
