GENERAL INFORMATION

The end user who accepts these terms and conditions (also defined as the Buyer) expressly declares that the purchase is made for purposes unrelated to their business or professional activity. Therefore, the Seller reserves the right not to process orders from parties other than the "consumer" or orders that do not comply with its commercial policy.

IDENTIFICATION OF THE SUPPLIER

Products purchased on 'thinthingsjewels.com' are made by Thin Things and sold directly by them, with the administrative headquarters located at via Stampa 8, 20123 Milan, VAT number 09816990965, email info@thinthingsjewels.com.

DEFINITIONS

The expression 'online sales contract' refers to the sales contract concluded between the Supplier and the Buyer, concerning the sale of tangible movable goods available to the Supplier within a distance selling system organized by the Supplier itself.

SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT

With this contract, the Supplier sells, and the Buyer purchases at a distance through telematic means the tangible movable goods indicated and offered for sale on the site 'thinthingsjewels.com'.

The goods and services for sale are those described and proposed on the site 'thinthingsjewels.com', which may be subject to periodic modifications and/or updates, also for the purpose of further improving the service.

CONTRACT FORMATION METHODS

It is specified that the contract between the Supplier and the Buyer, although it occurs via the internet through the Buyer’s access to the site 'thinthingsjewels.com', after which the Buyer, following the indicated procedures, formalizes the purchase proposal of the goods, is concluded at the production premises of Thin Things in reference to the provisions of Legislative Decree No. 114/1998.

CONCLUSION AND EFFECTIVENESS OF THE CONTRACT

In the order form, there is a reference to these General Conditions of Sale and to the information on the right of withdrawal, as well as a summary of the essential characteristics of the ordered product and the corresponding price (including applicable taxes or fees), accepted payment methods, and delivery methods of the purchased products, shipping and delivery costs, methods, and times for returning the purchased products.

The contract is concluded when the Supplier receives the order form electronically. Once the contract is concluded and payment is received, the Supplier will process the purchase order.

The order form will be stored in the Supplier's database for the time necessary to fulfill orders and in any case within the legal limits.

The Supplier reserves the right not to process purchase orders that appear suspicious, incomplete, or incorrect, or in the case of unavailability of products. In these cases, the Supplier will inform the Buyer via email that the contract is not concluded and that the Supplier has not proceeded with the purchase.

If the products presented on 'thinthingsjewels.com' are no longer available or for sale at the time of sending the order form, it will be the Supplier's responsibility to inform the Buyer of any unavailability of the ordered products. In case of sending the order form and payment of the price, the Supplier will refund the total amount without being obliged to any further compensation.

If the realization of the ordered items and/or their shipment is prevented by omissions and/or errors in the order form attributable to the customer, and this does not respond to emails from Thin Things by Margherita Roncoroni for 'thinthingsjewels.com', the Supplier, after 14 days from its first email sent, reserves the right to cancel the order and not to proceed with it. In the event that missing or non-compliant information prevents shipment, the Supplier reserves the right to indefinitely retain the goods and their amount, including shipping costs, at its Milan location.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The right of withdrawal pursuant to Article 5, paragraph 3 of Legislative Decree 186/99 does not apply to customized products or made-to-measure items. The right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods is also valid if there are manufacturing defects. Characteristics of the item described and anticipated on its product page on 'thinthingsjewels.com' are not recognized as manufacturing defects.

Communications regarding ring sizes, engraving phrases, or other incorrect information provided by the customer will not be considered as defects in manufacturing by 'thinthingsjewels.com' but will be regarded as incorrect data provided by the customer. However, Thin Things remains available to resolve any errors (regarding sizes).

If proven manufacturing defects exist, the buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal for all goods purchased from 'thinthingsjewels.com' according to the following rules:

The customer must send a communication stating this intention within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the goods, via email to thinthingsjewels@gmail.com. Subsequently, 'thinthingsjewels.com' will communicate via email the procedure for returning the goods. In this case, the shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

The goods must be returned intact in all their parts and with the original packaging unaltered. In case of returning damaged goods, the buyer will not be able to exercise the right of withdrawal.

Thin Things reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns or those that do not comply with the specified conditions. In such cases, the goods will be returned to the sender at the original shipping address, and the costs will be borne by the customer.

After confirming the integrity of the goods, 'thinthingsjewels.com' will refund the customer the entire amount initially paid, excluding shipping costs, within 5 days from the date of return shipment of the product.

CHARACTERISTICS OF THE ITEMS FOR SALE

• Only original and handmade products made in Italy by Thin Things are sold on 'thinthingsjewels.com'.

• The essential characteristics of the products present on 'thinthingsjewels.com' are presented within each product sheet.

The conclusion of the purchase procedure implies reading and acceptance of the characteristics of the product reported on 'thinthingsjewels.com'. However, the images and colors of the products offered may not exactly correspond to the real ones due to the internet browser or monitor used.

PAYMENTS

The buyer can pay via PayPal or credit/debit card.

The prices of the products and the cost of shipping and delivery are indicated in the order form and constitute an integral part of the sales conditions.

SHIPPING

• The shipment of products ordered on 'thinthingsjewels.com' is carried out via GLS.

• Delivery times include only working days and do not include holidays.

• In the event of non-delivery due to unavailability, failure to collect, 'unknown' recipient status, and incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer, the shipping costs for the second shipment of the goods will be charged to the customer. If the customer does not want to bear the costs of the second shipment and/or does not respond to emails sent, the Supplier may, at its discretion, indefinitely retain the goods and the Buyer’s money; may cancel the order refunding the Buyer only for the cost of the products; may cancel the order retaining 30% of the total amount, or may reship the package at its own expense, exempting itself from any responsibility regarding transport, delivery, or non-delivery of the same.

TERMS OF USE

Access to and use of 'thinthingsjewels.com' are governed by these General Terms of Use. Therefore, access to this site, as well as its use and the purchase of products presented therein, assumes reading, knowledge, and acceptance of these General Terms of Use.

MODIFICATIONS OF THE TERMS OF USE

The manager may modify or simply update, in whole or in part, these General Terms of Use. These updates or modifications will be notified to users on the Home Page or via email as soon as adopted and will be binding as soon as published on the website in this same session.
